Our nationally recognized, innovative pathways to school leadership prepare team members with gradually increasing responsibilities, allowing them to grow as instructional leaders. With about 200 schools serving diverse school communities, our leaders can find the right fit to make the most impact and inspire others along the way.
Our LEAD program provides both current and aspiring DPS leaders with the tools, feedback, flexibility and support needed to refine their craft and effectively lead. As a market leader in compensation, we work closely with school leaders to ensure their compensation reflects their contributions and dedication, including through competitive base pay and incentives for serving our highest-needs schools and making lasting impacts.
